How to Prevent PenDrive Viruses
ইদানিং লক্ষ্য করছি, প্রায় সকলের পেন ড্রাইভেই ভাইরাস থাকে। এর প্রধান কারণ হচ্ছে, এই সকল ভাইরাস নেট থেকে খুব দ্রুত ছড়ায় এবং আপডেট হয়; অথচ এন্টিভাইরাস সফট্ওয়ার সে তুলনায় আপডেট না হওয়ায় ভাইরাস গুলোকে ধরতে পারে না। অথচ, আমারা একটু সচেতন হলেই এই সকল ভাইরাসের হাত থেকে মুক্তি পেতে পারি। তবে, আসুন জেনে নেই কিভাবে এইসব ভাইরাস গুলো থেকে দূরে থাকা যায়।
সাধারণত, আমারা মাই কম্পিউটারে ডাবল ক্লিক করি, তারপর পেন ড্রাইভ আইকনে আবার ডাবল ক্লিক করে তা ওপেন করি। এবং আমাদের অজান্তে ঠিক এই সময়েই ভাইরাস এ্যাক্টিভেট হয়ে যায়। তাই ভাইরাস থেকে বাঁচতে নীচের পদ্ধতি অনুসরণ করুন-
- প্রথমে “মাই কম্পিউটার”-এ রাইট ক্লিক করে “এক্সপ্লোর”-এ ক্লিক করুন অথবা কীবোর্ড থেকে “উইন কী + ই” চাপুন (চিত্র-১)
- এবার বাম পার্শ্বে চিত্র-২ মতো যে ট্রি দেখতে পাচ্ছেন, সেখান থেকে আপনার পেন ড্রাইভের আইকনে ক্লিক করুন
ব্যাস, শেষ…. এখন আপনি ডান পার্শ্বের উইন্ডোতে আপনার পেন ড্রাইভের কনটেন্ট দেখতে পাবেন। কী খুব সহজ তাই না

যা শিখিয়েছেন তার তুলনা নেই। এ ধারা বজায় রাখুন। (আমার মত গো মুর্খ) দেশ ও জাতি উপকৃত হবে। ভাইরাসের সংক্রমণ এ ভাবে প্রতিহত করা না হলেও শ্লথ যে হবে তা বুঝতে পারছি।

Which part you can’t understand?
This is a very simple trick. If you open a pen drive with double mouse click, then you may affect by the pen drive virus, which was in the pen drive before. But, If you follow the above instruction then you have less chance to effected by that pen drive virus.

our computer lab is effected by kopa viruse. i use pen drive several time in ou lab.so my pen drive is already affected. There are some files which i can not remove from my pen drive. Please give me a soluation. how can i remove those folder.

You can not remove those files from any effected computer. Open your pen-drive in a fresh PC with the described method & then you can delete those files. I have made a solution for Agent Kopa virus; you can collect it from our computer lab officer…

my computer c,d,f drive not open.if i use explore then this drive is open.my problem how i open this drive is normally

I assume that your PC is affected by RavMon Virus, It also disable your showing hidden files ability… I’ve a partial fix for RavMon [Enable Drive Open, Enable Show Hidden Files]. Now, I need RavMon Virus to make a full fix.
I borrowed KOPA Virus from my friend to make the Kopa Killer
Soon, I’ll post the fix or mail it to you…

I have a solution for pen drive virus by preventing it from autorun.
GO: control panel> Administrative tools> services
THEN: stop and disable service name “Shell Hardware Detection”.
Now if we double click a virus effected pen drive the computer will not be effected by virus but to open the pen drive you still have to:
1. right click it and press open.
or
2. press the FOLDER button in the top(right of SEARCH button)
or
3. use the method stated above by you(vistaarc).

Most of the AViruses of today can detect RavMon (without even updating database).

If ‘open with…’ dialogue box appears when you double click your drive icon please do following.
Enter your drive with winrar. Delete ‘autorun.inf’ files from your drive. example- C:\autorun.inf
You can use RRT (Remove Restrictions Tool) to fix the restrictions caused by those viruses.
