Favicon – What is it for?

Did you ever think of utilizing any site favicon? Probably not! But, I’ve been always thinking of it. Actually the space for the Bookmark Toolbar is never been enough for me, even in wide screen :P . So, I decided to remove labels from my toolbar bookmarks. And now its look like -

You can see, here my browser is Google Chrome. But, it is not necessary, you can also do it in Firefox.

Chrome – A Browser from Google

I’ve just read through this amazing comic book of chrome (A Browser from Google). Yesterday Google declared in their official blog that today they will release their browser over 100 countries :) .

They implemented some new ideas in their browser. They started working with open source project WebKit. They said it will be a multiprocessing browser just like OS. For more information see the comic strip :) ….
