Font Fixer 2.0.0
With Font Fixer 2.0.0, you can set your favorite font as default for Bangla language, where Microsoft makes “Vrinda” default. Normally, there is no direct way to change this setting, as such things are hard coded.
Now compatible with Windows Vista and Windows 7 also
Font Fixer 2.0.0 makes this easy for you, just select which font you want to make default for Bangla language, and with just a simple reboot, no patch and system file change, you get it, in a safe and easy way and restore the original setting anytime.

Instructions for use:
- Install desired Bangla font into your computer
- Start latest version of FontFixer
- From the “Font Name”combo, choose which Bangla font you want to use

আমি উবুন্তু ১০.৪ ব্যবহার করি। ফন্ট ফিক্সার কি এতে ব্যবহার করা যাবে? জানালে বাধিত হবো।

আমি ফন্ট ফিক্সার ২.০.০ ডাউনলোড করেছি। সোলাইমানলিপি কে নির্বাচিত করার পরেও বাংলা লিখতে গেলে সেই vrinda (Body CS) এসে যাচ্ছে। কেন এমন হচ্ছে? যদি সাহায্য করেন তাহলে উপকার হয়।

আপনি নাম না দেখে ফন্ট কি দেখায়, সেইটা কি একটু জানাবেন?

I downloaded Avro 4.5 and installed it successfully. I have no problem creating new documents using Bangla fonst. But when I try to open old files created earlier, I see gibrish and some Bangla words! I used downloaded Font Fixer 2.0 and installed/ran it but with no luck. Please help me as I need to open number of previously created Bangla MS-Word files by Avro (used uni-bijoy) fonts. A prompt response will be highly appreciated.

Its not working with new Mozila Firefox 4.0 Please Upgrade it
It did a great job with firefox 3 versions, but when i upgraded my firefox 3 into 4, the same problem like before, bangla fonts are very small & hard to read

আমি উইন্ডোজ সেভেন ব্যাবহার করছি , কিন্তু font fixer ব্যাবহার করতে পারছি না, বারবার ক্র্যাশ হয়ে জাচ্ছে, কোনো সমাধান ??

Running Avro 5.1.0 in Windows 7 Professional SP1.
Can’t run Font Fixer 2.0.0 even as the user Administrator.
Getting pop-up window:
“You must run Font Fixer with Admin Privilege!”
Your support to resolve this matter is deeply appreciated.

I was using font fixer in my office machine, which runs on Win 7. It is not working there. I downloaded 2.0.0, 2.0.0(1), 2.0.0(2) but none of the build could solve the problem. All the time I am getting error message, “Font fixer encountered a problem and needs to close.”
If I turn off UAC settings, then it runs but stops working when I again turn on the UAC. Don’t know why but Vrinda is appearing again after I turn on UAC.
